Inspection Appointment

When making an enquiry, please provide the following information where possible:

• Company name

• Contact person and mobile number

• Project / site location

• Type of lifting equipment

• Equipment registration number, if available

• Inspection type: new registration, renewal, post-climbing, load test or other inspection

• Preferred inspection date and time

• Relevant documents for preliminary review
